Rock Tumble Lab is committed to making its website and rock-tumbling resources usable by as many people as possible, including visitors with disabilities.
Our accessibility goal
We aim to improve the site in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This is an ongoing goal rather than a claim that every page currently meets every requirement.
Measures we take
- Use meaningful headings and descriptive link text
- Support keyboard navigation for core site functions
- Maintain readable color contrast and scalable text
- Add alternative text to informative images when content is created or revised
- Review forms, navigation, and templates for common accessibility barriers
- Consider accessibility when updating the design and publishing new content
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older browsers, unusual browser settings, or combinations of third-party tools may not provide an optimal experience.
Known limitations
Some older articles, third-party embeds, plugin-generated controls, or linked documents may not yet meet the same accessibility standard as newer site content. External websites linked from Rock Tumble Lab are controlled by their respective owners.
Need information in another format?
If you cannot access information or complete an action, please use the Contact page. Tell us which page or feature caused difficulty, the format you need, and—if you are comfortable sharing it—the browser, device, or assistive technology you were using. We will make a reasonable effort to provide an alternative and address the barrier.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback is welcome. Please report barriers through the Contact page. Response times can vary, but accessibility reports are reviewed as part of ongoing site improvement.
